What Are Your Strengths?
Mini Lesson
Look at yesterday’s brainstorm, review the qualities of a leader.
Today students will be identifying qualities in each other.
Teacher to print the PowerPoint and place the qualities around the room.
The students will have a class list and will need to write each person’s name onto 1 quality.
Independent
Students think about their classmates and identify 1 leadership quality per person. Walk around the room and write the person's name down on the quality- loyal, brave, fair ect. Tick each person off your list so that you know you have listed everyone.

Hook
Play a game of Strength Charades. Selected students are given a Strength from yesterday's powerpoint. Students are to act these out with the rest of the class guessing.
