Lesson: Play Ball! The Science of Baseball

Before you begin, think about what is needed to throw a baseball or softball. Think about kinetic energy, potential energy, gravity, friction, velocity, etc. What does you body need to do in order to throw a baseball or softball? Before a baseball or sports, what was one of the first reasons we threw things?
