Dear students,
Dear students,
I would like to reiterate the expectations for this class when you are learning remotely. Firstly, your camera must remain on. I have had several experiences lately when students turn their camera off and then leave the class. Secondly, it has come to my attention that students are not completing the work that is assigned. I checked several students' work from Tuesday and today and they were not worked on at all. That means that you sat in math class for 40 minutes and did not do any math. You know that I ask many times during class if anyone needs help. You know that you are welcome to take yourself off of mute at anytime to ask questions. We cannot expect to succeed in math if we do not make the effort. We are starting a new quarter on Monday and I would love to see everyone bring their best self.
