JP Inter-House Fort Building - 13 September
The Clifton Campus was alive with energy as the Grade 1, 2, and 3 children gathered for a thrilling day of fort building! The boys and girls eagerly embraced the challenge, using the natural resources at their disposal—branches, leaves, and sand—to construct both imaginative and practical forts. The grounds were soon filled with the sights and sounds of nature-inspired creativity.
Divided into their house teams—Barbarians, Trojans, and Crusaders—the children collaborated under the watchful eyes of the Junior Primary teachers. The activity fostered a wonderful sense of teamwork as they navigated how to design and build their forts. With laughter ringing out and ideas flowing, they faced challenges head-on, solving problems together while enjoying the great outdoors.
This wasn’t just about building forts—it was a day of discovery, adventure, and connection. The children learned the importance of working as a team, stretching their imaginations, and having fun while doing it. By the end of the day, the sense of accomplishment and pride was evident as they admired their creations, leaving everyone with lasting memories of a day where learning truly met fun!
