PTSO Community Come Together to Make the Holidays Special for Students
The Seahawk Support Circle was able to provide so much because of so many of the parents who donated items for the bags, All Saints Episcopal Church (who partnered with us this year as part of their Angel Tree Project and provided all the backpacks, new bicycles, gift cards and more). There was a very much needed grant that was received from The Bargain Box, with which The Seahawk Support Circle purchased clothing items, food items, detergent, gift cards, and more to make sure every student had enough to get them through the holiday break, and provide them with a little extra love and gifts for the holiday season. Each year students get a fluffy blanket to call their own and they tend to love the blankets.PTSO Community Come Together to Make the Holidays Special for Students
Some students need bikes to take them to and from work and school. This year All Saints provided 10 bikes for this cause. 9 of them were brand new, and Mike's Bikes donated their time and ability and put these bikes together for the students!
The PTSO wants to give a big shout out to all those businesses, and the parents who helped make the holidays extra special for students this year.
