Following their initial safety discussion, our kindergarten girls had the opportunity to safely explore the hot glue guns firsthand. In a supervised and encouraging environment, they were invited to simply observe the glue and try applying it themselves, focusing on the sensory experience and getting comfortable with the tool without the pressure of a specific task.
