P.E. Second Grade

Second graders enjoy their first game of Four Square!

                                                        P.E. is so much fun!

Students in second grade are practicing skills and games to enhance their eye-hand coordination which is so important in the development of aptitude in all sports!!!

Every year the students in grades 1-4 participate in the annual world cup-stacking event sponsored by the World Cup Stacking Association. We were happy to add to that number, and we broke the record for cupstacking this year!!! Congratulations!!

Kids' Heart Challenge is so much furn for our second graders as they jumped and raised money for the American Heart Association. We are proud of you for living out goal three: help those who need me!

The final unit in P.E. is baseball/kickball.  We reviewed skills that enhanced baserunning, fielding, catching, pitching, and batting/kicking. A resounding favorite part of kickball is kicking a homerun!  Go, girls!!

Have a happy and energetic summer!
