Here are the instructions from AP: https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/digital-portfolios/submit-ap-art-design-work
Before uploading your work in the AP Digital Portfolio, you’ll first need to save and label your images for easy reference when you’re ready to upload. Here are some tips you can follow to help keep your work organized.
Go to YOUR draft portfolio page and click PUBLISH on our Artifacts site.
Then, click PREVIEW
For each of your images, right click and SAVE the file with a unique file name.
DO NOT change the file type for any reason.
Tips:
Avoid special characters when labeling your work. Use the standard English alphabet (upper and lower case: A-Z, a-z) or numeric (0-9) values only.
Label the image with your first and last name and the sequence order of the image (e.g., FirstLast_1).
Keep all of your labeled images in a folder you can easily find and use a name for the folder that you’ll remember (e.g., AP Art and Design Images).
