General cycle:
Day for planning
1-2 days of MAKING in class (with built in peer critique)
It is expected for you to work outside of class (during flex/at home) so that you are prepared for the critique at the end of each cycle with a FINISHED work of art.
DOCUMENT YOUR WORK-IN-PROGRESS as you work through each piece. You are required to show evidence of the development of your work!
FINISHED ARTWORKS, PROCESS IMAGES, and WRITTEN STATEMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION (your portfolio page/padlet,etc) BEFORE YOU ARRIVE FOR CRITIQUE.
Where does your documentation go once you have it????
Next class we're going to learn how to use this site effectively to keep your portfolio organized throughout this school year.
How will finished work be graded?
“The formulation of a problem is often more essential than its solution" - Albert Einstein
What do you like to make art about? What does you art tend to look like? What does it tend to include?
Make a WEB to showcase your ideas, and how they flow...
Annotating your web will help you in making connections to your work and in writing your Inquiry questions.
