WICOR Strategies Used:
W- statements
I - Costa's 3
C -
O -
R - image analysis
Key takeaway: If you just LIST the materials or processes used, you aren't explaining HOW that benefits the piece, and that needs to be fixed before you submit. If the material or process isn't enhancing the SYNTHESIS, it's okay to not include it in the explanation to prioritize characters for explaining purposeful choices!
How to approach today:
Use the handout provided to structure your statements. THEY SHOULD NOT JUST BE A LIST OF MATERIALS OR PROCESSES
Make sure your draft portfolio has complete statements throughout your draft portfolio so that you can earn the maximum possible points on your quarterly exam
