You will also find the print and contact sheets rubrics you will be using in class. Students are welcome to write their own rubrics with feedback and prior approval before its use. Please evaluate each print or contact using the rubrics, or your own. If you write your own, point totals must match my rubric totals for grade book purposes. Please see links below. Turn them into my hand-in folder when completed. I have some printed off in the shelving unit in the photography classroom.
Students who are taking the Photo IV class for Advanced Digital credit may go to this link for additional info and assignment ideas.
All advanced students are required to maintain an E-portfolio as the final critique in class. The link with directions and the rubric can be found under the creating an Online E-Portfolio tab.
You may want to start working on this assignment at the beginning of the term and add to it slowly throughout the course.

Students taking the Advanced Photo III and IV course are required to complete a semester contract stating your theme and photo assignments you plan to explore throughout the semester. Below you will find a link to a contract you may use or create your own. Please state the assignment, what material you will need to complete it, who will be in the images, what is happening in the background and what kind of lighting you will be using. Please return the contract to me by the first Friday of the semester.
Students will create their own assignments and will maintain a shooting schedule of:
Week 1: contact sheet due on Friday
Week 2: Two finals completed by Friday
Week 3: Two finals completed by Friday
Week 4: Contact sheet #2 Due
This schedule will continue throughout the semester. If you are taking on a larger project than what the schedule allows, please discuss the schedule that would be best fit your project with me before starting or at the very beginning of your project.
