During the semester I will assign a number of mini lessons/ exercises following tutorials in photoshop. Students will work out each lesson on their own in between projects or while you are finishing up shooting assignments. I will create several folders on the "N" Drive for you to turn your finals in. Please be sure to have your full name on the assignment and save as a jpeg into the folders. Photoshop files can only be opened on computers that have adobe photoshop. We will talk more about files and sizes in a class lecture. Remember to check out the digital tutorials page on my course site for more ideas.

Cinema Graphs (Gif)
Have you ever wondered how to create those images that are partially moving and partially still? Well this lesson is for you!

Below is an finished example and a tutorial to walk you through the process. You may need to convert your image from a quick time file to a movie file. Here is a link to multiple free online converters to down load. I may have to log into your computer to do this since you do not have administration rights.
Here is a tutorial to help you out on making your cinema graph.
