This first assignment is designed to help you get your feet wet in photoshop. We will be using portraits I take of each of you in class to create a "mutant" self-portrait. We will borrow facial features, hair, clothes and backgrounds from photographs to create their creature. The goal is to make everything look like it really belongs in the image so smooth cut outs/ selections and soft edges are a must.
