** The technical procedure to start a Parcel Investigation is explained below. The procedure when to start etc can be found in de Delayed Orders chapter. **
Retrieve the order in Monta and click on View Details
Scroll down to Shipments
Select the applicable parcel if there is more than 1 and click in Parcel Investigation (You can only start a Parcel Investigation after 3 working days)
Select Delayed in the drop down menu
Attach the invoice of the order and select Start Investigation
In the following screen, make sure to add a comment regarding the status / additional info for your colleague who handles the investigation (please add your initials) and then Save Comment
To check your Parcel Investigation, go to Orders - Parcel Investigations.Â
In case of multi colli and only 1 is missing: make sure to check with the customer what they received. The monta system shows what article is missing but this is not always correct. In case of doubt, ask the customer for a picture what they have received
