FYI
There is a high scarcity on circulators worldwide. Wilo has loads of production problems, which causes companies to move to DAB / Grundfos.
Next to that, the demand for circulators is exploding because of the energy transition.
DAB / Grundfos cannot keep up with the demand due to lack of components. New orders that are being placed now, cannot be delivered before end of Q2 2023.
We as Solver, have our orders ready, but we didn’t forecast an explosion in demand as we see right now.
It will only be a matter of time before the prices go north - low availability, high demand and high energy savings.
Last week and also today we have increased our prices for our circulators, to slow down the sales for the stock that we have, to increase our profitability and to move the market up with us.
We keep track of what is happening in the market on a daily basis and act accordingly. Chances are there we can move the prices to > 200 EUR per Evosta if the stock is drying up in the market.
Price increase of today: + € 5,00 (also for the B2B customers)
FYI: We are having some slow moving stock - too much stock on certain products where we do not want to have too much focus on. For this reason, some extra discounts have been added this week to a certain range of products. As we also have some “new” items that came in stock over the last few months, some new items have been added to the webshops as well today.
For now we are only talking about the:
EL BOOSTER RVS 1300 TLS
EL BOOSTER RVS 1500 TLS
Both are water pressure pumps, that have a connected TLS (dry-run protection) on the pump.
For both pumps we have 1 pallet in stock, that will need to be sold out. New stock will not come.
Next week 2 Wilo items (submersible pumps) will be added - also stock that came in, in the last year, which we need to sell out because it are not items where we want to have our focus on.

Hereby an update for the payment methods on Pompeaeau.fr.
Credit card components
We are running a short live pilot for the integration of Credit Card Components in our checkout.
With this new feature, our customers have the possibility to enter their details on our shop and to checkout without going to an external payment processor.
This will make it more easy, trusted and convenient for the end user to checkout their order.
If this is working the correct way, this will be rolled to the rest of the shops as well.
Another good thing is that this feature is also replacing 3 separate payment methods (MasterCard, VISA, Amex) into 1 payment method.
If you have any feedback, please let me know (the error handling is on the radar already).
Mandat administratif
Mandat administratif has been removed as payment option. With only 4 orders in 7 months it does not have the added value that we were looking for.
Also having Biller added to the platform now, gives the B2B customer the opportunity to pay on invoice in an automated way. (edited)

Hi All,
We put the flooding pages live this afternoon.
We can use this page at times of heavy rainfall (as expected this weekend).
On these pages, we try to sent the customers to 4 different submersible pump packages with drain hose.
One other thing to mention is that:
For most submersible pumps in our range, customers can order a Multi hose 7m for €10 extra.
