Out of stock notifications Monta

UPDATE 1/4/23 The out of stock notifications are send out automatically so below procedure is not neccessary at the moment.

Below the procedure for the out of stock notifications if it is not working automatically.

When a product is not available on stock, a customer can choose the option to receive an email when the product is back on stock. On Tuesday and Thursday we check these requests for all shops that are delivered from Monta.

- Open Monta portal and go to Stock – Products

- Open Magento and go to Catalog – Subscribers

Filter on Status – Pending

Sort by product name

- Copy the first product SKU in Magento and paste in stock in Montaportal

If the product is back on stock flag the line with this SKU in Magento

If the product is not in stock go to the next product SKU in Magento

- If it is a kit item. (ex. pump + hose) than you insert the SKU in monta and click on view 

product details.

At stock you can see at stock with split products you can see how many pieces are available for the kits. 

Note: You can skip the brands that we don’t sell for example KSB – GARDENA. We use these for checking the interest of customers in other brands.

When you are ready, go to actions and press send.
