What to do when an item has been returned and the status in Monta says unsalable (Red bullet)?
When an item has been returned, Monta indicates the condition of the product with a red or green bullet. When an item has been returned in a good condition this will be indicated with a green bullet.
When an item has been returned in an unsalable condition, this will be indicated with a red bullet.
You will first need to find out what the reason is why this item is unsalable
Monta will add pictures in the returned order. Please click on "download afbeelding 1" to see it.
If it is only the box of the article that is damaged, please handle as usual (customer is not to blame for this).
If there is suspected damage to the article caused by the customer it will be checked during the quarantine check at Monta by the customer service. They will check if the product is used or damaged and define the % of deduction and note it in the comments for the follow up.Â
