Please apply below to cancel a review mail.

Go to Marketing and select Scheduled emails
A list with emails to send appears.
Click on Filters
Insert the email address of the customer and click on Apply filters
No results? The emails have already been sent so it is too late to cancel.
If results appear, select the mailing by ticking the box and click on Actions
In the dropdown menu, select Cancel selected emails and click on OK
