Changes to address in Monta, can be made with below statuses:
Queued (not handled by Monta yet)
Blocked
Backorder
Picking
Does the status allow changes? See above.
Avoid that the order will be handled. Click on Block order, add a reason (e.g. "Change adress SV") and click on OK
To modify the delivery address only, click on Edit
The address can be modified
Click on Save (right top)
Deblock the order
Does the status allow changes? See above.
Block the order to avoid that the order will be shipped while making the changes
Click on Edit shipping
Click on Change Shipper
Select the applicable carrier
the carriers in the list may not all be available for your country! Please check which carriers are possible for your country with a colleague
Save it by clicking on Change shipper
You need to save these changes again by clicking on Save (right top).
Deblock the order
Does the status allow changes? See above.
Block the order to avoid that the order will be shipped while making the changes
Click on Edit Shipping
Select Change to Pickup point
Select the carrier (e.g. DPD or PostNL)
Select the parcel shop and click on Choose
Save the changes
Deblock the order
