Payments that are almost expired we normally speak about Klarna payments. When an order is done via Klarna we should ship the product within 30 days to the customer. If not than Klarna releases the charge on the customer and than the is the payment expiring. If we don't take action and we ship the goods after these 30 days than the customer doesn't have to pay anymore. This is not happening very often because we only offer Klarna as a payment method when there is more than enough stock.
Failed refund
If a refund is failed we have to contact the customer. We ask for his banking details : IBAN + BIC. When the customer is sending us the information you have to forward the details together with the credit invoice from Magento to facturen@solvermedia.nl (Stefano Barison)
Ask to Stefano if he can manually take care of the credit payment according to the credit invoice.
