Depending on the reason, if it was shipped from Monta and weight of the parcel, please select the correct procedure below,

It costs quite a lot to handle a return (e.g. the return label, Monta handling the return). Solver has therefor decided to refund without returning a product if the amount is <30 euro.
Inform the customer to request the RMA
In the RMA request, proceed as below:
Change the status into Withdrawel without return and Save (This will generate a message to the customer which explains they do not have to return the article)
Then change the status into Refund (A colleague who handles the refund will handle the refund)
Click on Save
This applies to the majority of orders.

Always send the returnlabel via the RMA!
Some pumps are not shipped from Monta, they are shipped directly from Dab. Therefor you will not be able to find an order in Monta. These pumps need to be returned directly to Dab. Below procedure applies for all countries:
Ask the customer for pictures of the received articles and the reason
Contact Riccardo per email or slack. He will create a return label.
He needs:
- the pickup location of the article (same as delivery?)
- the weight of the pump (to be able to select the cheapest carrier)
- the order number
- he prefers to receive a picture of the article, especially in case of a damaged article
He will send you a return label or reference that customer can write on the box.
The return label can be sent to the customer via the RMA. If only a reference received, you can also send the customer an email.
