For tickets that we need to check and/or reply to later, we can use the snooze option. See below how it works:
Click on the Clock icon to select the snooze function
A pop-up will appear showing a standard snooze setting. When clicking on the suggested date, a calendar will open where you can select date and time yourself
NOTE: It is possible to snooze a ticket and tag a colleague. The colleague who is tagged will still receive a notification in @vermeld when he is tagged. When he tags you in the reply, you will also receive a message and can then unsnooze the conversation (if necessary).Â
In your personal inbox, an extra submenu will appear showing all your snoozed tickets
