Order exotic pumps

DAB has a product database of > 10.000 water pumps, which we can not keep all in stock. All pumps that we don't have in our own inventory, we call "exotic pumps". On a daily basis, please log in to all of our water pump webshop backends.

• Go to Sales > Orders

• Select order status "Processing" and press "Search"

• Open the orders and check which of the products are "exotic" and need to be ordered through DAB

• Send an email (just like the steps above), but then with the delivery address of the customer and the order number of our system

• As soon as you have sent the email, put the order on "On Hold" by pressing the orange button on top of the page.

• PS: If you have multiple orders on 1 day, you can stack them up in 1 email

TIP

TIP is our German supplier for a couple of pumps and accessories on our website.

Minimum order quantity?

Full truck (32-33 pallets) --> Free shipping

Half truck (15 pallets) --> Shipping costs will be calculated (± 1500 EUR)

All pumps have a MOQ of a full pallet.
