Is it possible to adjust the outgoing pressure of DAB Jet pumps?
This is not possible. The DAB Jet pumps always have the same outgoing pressure, depending on the power and the size of the pump.
What other ways are there to increase the pressure?
It is not possible to increase the pressure, but you CAN lower the resistance in the pipes/hose. Using pipes/hoses with a larger diameter will decrease the resistance and therefore leaving a higher pressure at the end of the system.
The pressure loss table can be found here: click here
How can I lower the pressure?
Using smaller pipes/hoses raises the resistance, which will leave a lower pressure at the end. Please note that this is not always a good solution, since it limits the pumps capacity in m³/hour. If a pump has too little flow, the temperature of the water will rise and might eventually damage the pump internally.
The best way for this is to use a pressure reduction valve.
Is it possible to use a 100 meter drip hose with a garden pump?
Yes, of course. This is not a problem. The drip hose has a small diameter though (½ inch) so there will be a lot of pressure loss. It's best to use a wider hose first, like 1" or ¾".
What do I need to connect a ¾" hose to a Jet pump?
We do not recommend using the Gardena click connectors. These are too narrow and will always reduce the pump's capacity. It might even damage the pump if it is unable to release enough water.
It's better to use a connector with a larger diameter, like a hose socket with a hose clamp. The clamp is not intended to be opened and closed a lot, so this is more permanent connection. It is the best option regarding the capacity of the pump, though.

Using a hose socket with a clamp will leave the hose standing vertically on the pump. If you want the hose to leave the pump horizontically, it's possible to add a double nipple and a 90 degrees elbow.
