Every month we collect the contactmoments per order per shop. We use the data from Trengo.
How to collect the data
Open the Cijfers 2026 Customer service Excel fileĀ
Login to Trengo and go to reporting
Select werklastbeheer
Adjust the date to the full month from which you need to collect the data
Click on filter and select channels
Select the channel and insert the number that you see at created tickets in the excel file
After you filled all the data go to the Monthly Dashboard - Solver Management to the tab customer service and insert the CMPO
