It is not possible to add an article to an existing order in Magento.
If the order is on status Queued in Monta, you can Combine orders.
Block the original orderÂ
Add another order in Magento with the article that should be added (with payment if applicable)
Once both orders are in Monta, see here for full procedure
If a customer wants to change the article before it has been shipped, changes need to be made in Magento.
It is not possible to change the article in the existing order. A new order needs to be created.
Check if status is Processing in Magento
Check the status in Monta and cancel if possible (see Systems - Monta - Cancel an order when it is possible and how to cancel)
If already shipped, please see Orders - Changing an Order - Cancelling
Put the order On Hold in Monta and Magento to avoid that the order will be handled

If a customer wants to remove an article from his order (e.g. he ordered 2 pumps instead of 1, he ordered a pump and some accessories and wants to cancel 1 of those accessories), please apply below procedure:
If a customer wants to change the article before it has been shipped, changes need to be made in Magento and Monta:
It is not possible to change the number of articles in the existing order. Instead, we will adjust the articles in the Monta order and partially refund the order in Magento / Mollie.
Check if status is Processing in Magento
Check the status in Monta
Shipped? Please see Orders - Changing an Order - Cancelling
Queued? Please see Systems - Monta - Change article
After the modifications are made in Monta, the order in Magento still needs to be adjusted
Please send the conversation to one of the persons handling refunds (e.g. Ashley, Aaron, Pascal) and explain what article has been modified and what needs to be done.
This is usually done quite quickly so you can inform the customer that the partial refund will be handled within 48hours
