It is possible in Monta to combine multiple orders into 1 (e.g. when a customer wants to add something to his order). This might save transport cost.
Combinable orders must have the same: Webshop, zipcode, country and lastname. If one of the elements is different, you will not be able to select/combine the order.
When combining orders, Monta adds all the products in 1 order and deletes the others.Â
Retrieve the order with status Queued in Monta and block it
Add a comment that you will combine orders and add your initials
If not already done, add an order in magento with the additional products (with payment if applicable)
Block the 2nd order in Monta too with a similar comment
When blocked, you will see an additional tab that you can select
When clicking on Combine orders, a pop up will appear:
All orders that can be combined, will appear in a list.
Note: if no orders appear, one of the mandatory identical elements (webshop, zipcode, country, lastname) is not exactly the same
Select the orders that you want to combine (in above example, there are 4 orders in total: 3 in the list + the original order)
Click on Save Changes
All articles will now be added to the order
Note: all orders that you have selected (in above example WPNL...09/15/18) will be deleted
Monta will automatically select the best carrier based on all articles in the combined orders
