Disable / Enable Shop review invitations

Whenever there is an issue, like we have with Brexit, you would always like to temporary disable invitations to write a review for our webshop on an external platform.

In the overview below, you can find out how to temporary disable / enable invitations to write a review on an external platform.

Trusted Shops (applies to BE / DE / UK / IT / ES)

• Go to https://www.trustedshops.com/tsb2b/sa/ratings/shopRatingWidgetSettings.seam

• Log in with the admin-account (see 1PW) --> if you do not have the rights, ask Alex to fulfill your needs

• At the right upper corner you can select the webshop you would like to change

• Then open the menu "Beoordelingen verzamelen"

• At "Klantenbeoordelingen verzamelen" click on "Wijzigen"

• At this part "Ik wil het automatisch verzamelen van beoordelingen activeren:" set the radio button to "Nee"

• Press "Opslaan"

• Make a note in your agenda to change this back to "Ja" whenever the situation is under control again.

Kiyoh / Ekomi (applies to NL / FR)

For Kiyoh and Ekomi, we send out the invitation ourselves through Magento.

In order to temporary disable invitations for shop reviews, please go through the following steps:

• Log in to the Magento backend with your account

• Go to Marketing > Follow Up Email 2 by Aheadworks > Campaigns (if you do not have the rights, please ask Alex to fulfill your need)

• Look for campaign named "Review our website"

• Click on "Edit Campaign"

• In the popup, set "Enable Campaign" to "No"

• In the popup you get then, press OK

• Press "Save Campaign"

• Make a note in your agenda to enable the campaign whenever the situation is under control again.
