Please some strong recommendations which makes it easier to work in Trengo or simply must be done
The image selected in your Trengo Profile, will be sent to customers. We have therefor created images with your initials. Please see below how to change your profile.
Step 1: click on your profile on the left bottom
Step 2: click on Edit profile
Step 3: Click on Bestand kiezen in Profile Image
Step 4: select your name in the zip file that will be shared in Team Operations
Step 1: Minimize Inbox, Labels and Channels
Note: you will notice that you start working out of the Personal inbox. That's why it is not necessary to keep Inbox open
Step 2
Go Teams
Click on the 3-dot menu
Select the teams you work for.
NOTE: you may also select all, it does not matter for the distribution of the mails or has other consequences
Step 3: Now go to Users and do the same. We recommend you select all available users so you can see the workload per colleague.
On the menu on the right, there are a lot of options. You can for instance see all attachments in the same place. We recommend to do the following:
select an email
go to the menu by clicking on the square/dashes which will open up the part where you can see more order/contact information
Click on Edit View
Now select Ticket fields, Attachments, Linked conversations, Contact Moments, Contact Notes, Profile contact Moments (as in the example in the image)
NOTE: It is up to you if you want to see more later on, the ones indicated here are really necessary
Step 1: if there are still messages in your inbox in Robin, check in Trengo if they are replied. If not, reply to the messages in Trengo
Step 2: Go to your snoozed items in Robin, look up the conversation in Trengo and snooze the conversation in Trengo
