Cancel an order

Check the order number in Monta. 

The following options are possible:

 
Ordernumber cannot be found

• The order was not processed jet.

• Put the order on hold in Magento so it will not be handled by Monta or Dab. Also add a comment.

Status Queued

• The order is in the Monta system but not handled.

• You can click on Delete, add reason Cancelled and click on OK

Status Picking

• The order is treated by Monta.

• You can still try to cancel the order:
  - Block the order to avoid the order to be shipped while making the changes
  - click on Edit Shipping
  - click on Change Shipper
  - in the list with shippers, select Cancelled
  - Save it by clicking on Change shipper
  - You need to save these changes again by clicking on Save (right top).
  - the order will be picked but they cannot print the label. The article will go back in stock.
  - Deblock the order
