Insert the comment and select the reason

Save the changes and add a Return Label by clicking on Confirm and Create label 

In the next screen, select DPD.
We only return parcels to Monta with a DPD returnlabel

Then create the label by clicking on Create Return Label

Download the label on the following page by clicking on Click here to download the (first) return label

In case a customer needs to send back 2 parcels, you need to create another label by clicking directly on Create Return Label (instead of forecast)

Send the returnlabel to the customer via the RMA only!
