Most pumps are shipped from Monta. Some pumps are too heavy to be shipped from Monta, are not ordered very frequently or have to be ordered for that customer. These pumps are shipped from Dab.
The delivery time for these articles is longer then the regular delivery times
The additional time is indicated on product level, in this case approximately 3 weeks
These orders are handled manually by Riccardo/Stefano. 2x a day, they will check if new orders have come in and if so, they will be handled in Infor (a Dab order system).
They also add the order in an excel file "Processing orders". Expected delivery dates will be added so we can communicate this to the customer.
NL/BE: orders are shipped from/by Raben
FR/DE/ES/IT: orders are shipped from Dab Italy by Fercam
UK: orders are shipped from Dab UK
If you have questions about a Dab order, please ask Riccardo or Stefano
When the order is shipped, the T&T will be added in Magento by Riccardo/Stefano. The customer will receive the T&T too.
Please note that the delivery is done by big trucks and not by a regular shipping company like DPD/PostNL. They usually call in advance but not always.
