Easybox

The error code "BL" indicates a problem with water supply to the EasyBox, which could be caused by either a lack of water or air in the system. Here are some important steps the customer can take to address this:

Water supply check: If the EasyBox is connected to the local water supply, check your water meter to ensure it can supply at least 1500 liters per hour. This is crucial to ensure the EasyBox receives enough water to operate properly.

Pipe diameter: Pay attention to the minimum pipe diameter, depending on the water source:

If your EasyBox gets water from a source or well, the pipes should have a minimum diameter of 25 mm to allow sufficient water flow.

If your EasyBox is connected to the local water supply, the minimum pipe diameter should be 19 mm.

Air presence in the system: Air bubbles in the system can disrupt water supply. Check the non-return valve to ensure it is functioning properly. Make sure to use the appropriate amount of Teflon tape to make all fittings airtight. If you are using a water filter, check that it is adequately filled and not clogged, etc. A filter as well as elbow fittings can also affect the pump's operation.

Gets water from e.g. a source: check for air

• Remove the cover of the EasyBox.

• At the bottom right, there is a black cylinder.

• You can take it out (it clicks) 

• There are 2 flat silver connectors in there.

• These can be cleaned

• Put/click it back in

• If the error code is still on the screen: press the + and - buttons.

The pump must go to Dab to have it checked
