All orders in Monta, are originally created in Magento. Magento automatically sends the orders to the Monta system after payment is received.
We do not create new orders in Monta
We can look up information and make some changed in address details / shipper (depending on the status)
In the Monta system, click on Orders - All (on the left) to retrieve a list of the latest orders
In above screen we see
The carrier: automatically selected or selected by the customer on the shop
Delivery name: name inserted in Magento in Shipping Address
Delivery address: city name and country only
Received date: date the order was sent from Magento to Monta
Order number: the magento order number
Reference: added by Monta or colleagues
Status
Changes can be made: click here for procedures
Queued: the order has not been handled by Monta yet
Picking: the order is being picked at the moment. In case of changes, put order on blocked to avoid order being shipped while make the changes
Backorder: A product is not in stock. Check in the order details which product.
Blocked: the order has been blocked. This is mostly done manually and the reason should be added in the reference.
Changes cannot be made:
Shipped: the order was shipped and can no longer be changed
En Route: the order is on it's way to the customer
Delivery failed: the delivery failed, please check the T&T
Cancelled: the order was cancelled. Please check the comments for the reason
Delivered: the order was delivered.

Shipping and Invoice details: addresses where the articles will be sent. See here for changing the address
Lines: which product has been shipped, the quantity and SKU (article) number.
Colli: was the product sent in the original packaging of the pump ("Eigen verpakken product") or in another box. Most pumps are shipped in original packaging.
The Track & Trace can be accessed at the end of the line
NOTE: the T&T does not always match the correct parcel. If articles missing, ask customer what they have received and the tracking number.
