These Challenges are a way for you to explore and improve your photography, create resource imagery for projects, and support concepts being taught in class. They are expected to be presented on your chromebook at the start of class on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and added to your personal Google Folder. Cameras and assistance are available in the classroom and during Tutorial on Tuesday morning.

think about the point of view - aerial, low to ground - ANYTHING but eye-level

This is not a found scene, but one that you create
Photo Challenge 4 - Study of an Object - Start in Class
1 subject photographed 10 ways - present your top 5 to small group
You must use the same subject and each photo must be obviously different technique. While you may take 1 photo per technique listed you may take up to 2 per category.
Differ Lighting - Backlit, spotlight, natural, filtered, different times of day
Defined by Shadow - You may not include any of the subject
Depth of Field - Some things in focus, others not
Pushing the Picture Frame (touching or going beyond 2+ edges)
Micro vs. Macro - play with scale and zooming
Mirrored
Detail vs. Silhouette
Context vs. No-Context - Scene vs. composed backdrop or lightbox
Point of View - Different angles
Photo Challenge 5 - Shallow DoF & Square
DoF - Depth of Field
Shallow - Only a small portion of the image is in focus
Square - square cropping or squares in it
Photo Challenge 6 - Reflection - It RAINED! Capture reflection or refraction of light through found water
