Producing offer letters after the hiring proposal is approved
It's a good idea to take a look at the History tab in PeopleAdmin after a Hiring Proposal has been approved as it may contain feedback from the CLAS Dean's Office or HR about the offer letter or supplementary letter. This section is used to share information with the department so that it is documented along with the hiring proposal.
If the History tab does contain info, and the department doesn't catch it, then it slows down the signature process for the letters because the CLAS Dean's Office or HR will need to send them back to you to be revised and reproduced.
