This report is in the BANNER FIS Report Menu.
Pros:
Shows all employees paid under the department's org code even if on sources other than xxxG01.
Shows all account codes for pay and OPE.
Cons:
Pay amounts are shown in the fiscal period in which they were processed which may not be the same as the pay period in which they were earned. This can cause some confusion when trying to track down which transaction needs to be corrected.
Does not show encumbered expenses in future pay periods.
Must know how to read the FOAPAL string because index codes are not included.
Parameters to enter into the report; if nothing is listed for a parameter, then leave it blank:
01 - Fiscal Year Enter last 2 digits of the current fiscal year.
02 - As of period Enter "12" to grab the whole fiscal year.
07 - Org Code Enter the organization code for your department.
PZTFOAP
This form is not located in one of the quick menus; just type the name in the "Go To" box at the top.
Pros:

Includes encumbrances.
Cons:
All data is lumped into sub-totals.

Good way to drill down on a single employee.
Includes encumbrances.

NBAJOBS
This form is located in the HR FDU menu. Please note: non-HR personnel have view only access to this form, so you can't mess anything up by going here and taking a look.
Pros:
Good way to drill down on a single employee.
The "Labor Distribution" tab shows where pay will be expensed to on a percentage basis in the future.
Shows all pay sources.
Cons:
This information is date sensitive, so care must be taken to understand when the labor distribution is or was active.
The labor distribution is used in the monthly payroll process. The actual labor distribution for a pay event can be changed during that process or after the fact. So, do not look here for historical labor distribution information.

PHZREDS

Pros:
The only way to drill down on a single person to see EXACTLY where the payroll expenses were charged by each earning code.
Cons:
The form is complex and requires a fairly high level of understanding with respect to employee job records and payroll records.
