Wonder is a fantastic book with a great message! It is by R.J Palacio. The genre of Wonder is realistic fiction. It is a longer book to read, but it is one of the best books I’ve ever read.

It is about a kid named August who doesn’t look like other kids. He goes to public school for the first time and makes friends...and enemies. While you read, you will see how Auggie survives school. The theme of Wonder is bullying.

I recommend Wonder because it has an amazing message and it draws you in. You should know that it changes point of view throughout the book. Also, there is another book in the series called Auggie and Me. If you decide to read Wonder, enjoy it! It truly is a touching, wonderful book. Happy reading!
