Do you like funny stuff? Well you should read Big Nate: Welcome to my World by Lincoln Peirce. These are some facts about the book. First, Nate is a kid that gets bad grades and he has two enemies in the whole school their names are Gina- the straight A girl and Mrs. Godfrey. They both make Nate's life difficult. Also, Nate has two best friends called Francis and Teddy. The three friends all play baseball and soccer and all are in the same team. Next, Nate's family is pretty weird. His sister, like all sisters, is sarcastic and his dad gives vegetables for Halloween. As you can see those are some funny facts about Big Nate.
If you are a person looking for a book of romance Big Nate: Welcome to my World is for you. First, Nate has a huge crush on a girl named Jenny but the problem is that she is dating a boy named Arthur. He has trouble speaking right for example he would say “I touch you”. Also, Nate always tries to get a girl, but they keep rejecting him and after the rejection he gets embarrassed and everyone laughs at him. As you can see those are two reasons why this book is romantic.
I recommend this book because it is funny so whenever you are sad just pop the book open and you will be laughing harder than ever. If you are a comic fan you would like this book because it is written in a comic book way- I know I like it like that. Lastly, I recommend this book because there are multiple books in the series, so if you like the first one you can keep reading. As you can see this is why I recommend this book.
