“DON’T PANIC”
”But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man for precisely the same reasons.”The last ever dolphin message was misinterpreted as a surprisingly sophisticated attempt to do a double-backwards-somersault through a hoop whilst whistling the 'Star Spangled Banner', but in fact the message was this: So long and thanks for all the fish.”-- The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams
If you enjoy missiles from an ancient turning to a earth whale and a bowl of petunias, the wisest computer in the galaxy, a spaceship made with a probability drive with aliens, depressed robots and an adventure this is the book for you. Author Douglas Adams uses sci-fi, humor and adventure to tell the story of Arthur Dent. (Remember, “ Don’t Panic”, and keep a towel beside you while reading this)
Arthur Dent is a normal earthling average height, average normalness, average boringness, but that’s all going to change. Ford, the author of “The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy”( a disguised alien), saves Arthur from the Vogon Empires destruction of Earth. Zaphod Beeblebrox, president/spaceship smuggler, is accompanied with Marvin a very very very depressed robot. But, no worry the story mainly on Marvin, it’s on how Earth gets disintegrated by the Vogon empire and how dolphins are actually aliens of outer space with marvelous amount of intelligence.(Actually the smartest of all.)
I am sure that any student can be able to read this classic sci-fi book, and that it is filled with humorous adventures that any student(including myself) will enjoy this book and its miraculous wonders on each page.
