In the novel ‘’Esperanza Rising’’ Esperanza goes through big changes on a journey to a new life. This amazing emotional novel is by Pam Munoz Ryan. This book is talking about how a little girl turns her life around so the genre would be realistic fiction.

Esperanza’s life was so perfect and she had lots of hopes and wishes. When one little thing happens it shatters her life. It causes her and her family to flee to california at a farm camp. She had many obstacles to go through in life but she still had hope and a family to bring happiness.

I would recommend this book because it makes you understand more about how many things may go wrong but there’s still always happiness to cheer you up . The author connects her stories to life and brings emotion .I personally think it’s amazing book a I really think you will love it.
