If you are looking for a book with action, and lots of excitement you have come to the right place. The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan, has a bunch of thrilling moments, that will get your heart racing. This book is part of Rick Riordan’s series of fantasy fiction that he calls the Percy Jackson series.

In The Lightning Thief, the main character is Percy Jackson. Percy goes on an adventure through many places to find what is stolen. Along the way Percy and his friends Grover, and Annabeth encounter many problems. The theme of this action, thriller, book is finding your true identity because, throughout the book, Percy tries to find who he really is.

I recommend this book because it has many times when you are anxious to see what comes next. Rick Riordan writes many books in this series. After you read this book you should check out his other books. But enough talking about other books, go start reading The Lightning Thief.
