I think Because Of Winn-Dixie is a great book. In the book theres a girl named Opal, and they call the dad the preacher. Opal went to the Winn-Dixie super market to get onions, tomatoes, and green peppers.Then, she came home with a dog. The book because of winn-Dixie got a gold medal for being a great book.
Opal named the dog winn-Dixie because Opal found the dog at the winn dixie super market.Winn-dixie the dog helps Opal find new friends because they moved to Florida. I think that Because Of Winn- Dixie is a great book.
