"It is so amazing to still meet people that that knew you and how you touched their lives. I went up to one of our favorite vintage toy stores on Wednesday for the fist time in 6 years and felt you with me. That is one of the this I missed doing with you. I love Danny!" ~  Bill Crabtree, Hartville, Ohio

"DAN , I CAN SEE YOU HELPING MY SON ON HIS WEDDING DAY FIXING HIS TIE AND TALKING TO HIM TRYING TO KEEP HIM CALM. THAT IS DAN A TRUE FRIEND. MY SON LOVES YOU LIKE A BROTHER. WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED TO HAVE YOU IN OUR LIVES. GOD BLESS YOU DAN" ~  SUZANNE DELMAR, CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio

"I miss you friend. I can't wait to see you again. Your life inspired others as well as myself. I played Axis & Allies last weekend for the first time since we played last. Of course it wasn't as fun as playing with you when I would take out your Japanese Navy at Pearl Harbor in a crucial move. As I progressed through the game I remembered all the times we played before, I remembered when you were teaching me to play and the difficult time we both had focusing while Magnum PI was on in the background. The sound of Higgins yelling at Magnum just made us laugh every time.. no matter how ticked off we were at each other for the 'serious' competition we were struggling with in Axis & Allies.

Every time I struggle at something my friend I think of you and the fact that you would have pushed through to complete the task no matter how tough. It's because of you that I hold my head high my friend. It's because of you that I wake up in the morning with thanks. It's because of you I'll be a better Friend, Uncle, Father, and Citizen. I love you friend!" ~  Mike Baker, Louisville, Ohio
