Upload Subject Data Using the Lifetouch Portal
Navigate to the Portal Dashboard (Home Page). Click Upload Students and Staff Information located under Key Tasks. Clicking PICTURE DAY RESOURCES located in the top navigation bar, will also take you to a screen where you can upload subject data.
The Picture Day Resources page is displayed. Either drag the subject data file onto the Drop files here section, or click SELECT FILES FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
District Users will be prompted to choose if the file uploaded is for All Locations in the district, or for a specific school. Click Add More Files to upload the same or a different data file for a different school. Click Delete to remove the file for uploading. Click SUBMIT to start the upload process.
While the upload is processing, the screen will display a spinning status indicator to let you know the files are uploading. Depending on the size and number of files, as well as connection speeds, this may take some time.
When the upload is complete, a message is displayed indicating completion of the upload. Additionally, in the Upload History section, the files will be listed, along with the location they were uploaded to and the date of the upload.
Note: You will not be able to edit uploaded information. If you need to make corrections, you will need to upload a new file that will overwrite the existing information. Once uploaded, the files cannot be deleted from the Lifetouch Portal. If required, please contact Lifetouch for assistance.
