Accessing Image & Data Management
Click IMAGE & DATA MANAGEMENT on the main navigation menu or click Download Images & Data under Key Tasks on the Home page. The Image & Data Management page may take a few seconds to load, particularly for large schools or districts.
If your account has access to multiple schools, select the desired school from the Viewing dropdown menu. Then choose the desired program from the Program menu. You can then use the various filtering tools to further refine the set of images you wish to work with.
An email notification will be sent to the account’s Primary User when new images are ready (e.g., one email when original picture day images are ready, and another email when retake images are ready). District Primary Users will receive these email notifications for all of their schools. At this time, we do not have the ability to turn off the email notifications.
In addition, the Lifetouch Portal Dashboard will have corresponding alerts when images are ready. These alerts will remain in place for about 2 weeks. The dashboard alerts have links to view the images on the Image & Data Management page. District users will see alerts associated to specific schools within their district.
