School and District User Lifetouch Portal Account Creation*

An invited user will receive an email asking them to register and create an account. The email will contain a link to the registration page of the Lifetouch Portal. The email generally takes a few minutes for the recipient to receive after being invited, but it could, at times, take a little longer.

Note: The email will remain active for 90 days from the date it was sent to you. If you have not registered by the end of the 90 days, you will need to have a new email sent to you.

If the user’s email address already has a Lifetouch account that they’ve created through onlineyearbooks.lifetouch.com, mylifetouch.com or shop.prestigeportraits.com, the Lifetouch Portal will not ask them to create a new account. Instead, the user will go directly to the Lifetouch Portal login screen and be asked to key in their password. If they cannot remember their password, click on the Forgot Password link to have their password reset.

Create an Account

1. When the Create an Account page is displayed, enter the required information.

2. Click CREATE ACCOUNT. Verbiage displays indicating that when the user creates the account, they are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. The user will also sign off on the Terms of Service. They can link to the Terms of Service to read them before creating the account.
