Business cards don’t line up when printing

Make sure “Page Scaling” is set to ‘None’ in your printer preferences as we have already adjusted these templates to work with the required cardstock. You can check this on the “Page Handling” section of the print dialog just before the print job is confirmed. If you still need to make adjustments you can use the “Printer/Adjust Printer Area” option under the Tools menu in ImageStream to adjust. Use positive numbers for Down or Right and negative numbers for Up or Left.

Business cards printing out too large or too small

There are two templates for each ID design for your school. One is designed for a regular printer; using an 8.5 x11 sheet of paper. It can print 10 cards on a sheet and has “_sheet” in the template name. The other one is designed for a hard card printer; which does not have “_sheet” in the template name. Please make sure you are using the correct template.
