Selecting Subjects
Working with a subject record, such as editing subject data or creating a certificate, requires you to select it first. Selected subjects are identified by a check mark placed in the upper right corner of the subject image.
Subjects can be selected in one of two ways:
Click All from the Select option. Clicking None deselects all subject records.
Clicking the subject record. You can click anywhere on the subject box (grid mode) or in list mode click anywhere on the subject record line, except on the subject's name.
Note: Clicking the name displays the edit record form for the subject.
