Lifetouch Portal User Roles
The Portal supports two types of users in Schools and Districts:
Primary User – this user is the Portal administrator account for either the School or the District. The Primary User has access to all the features in the Portal, and is responsible for creating additional user accounts for the location they have access to (School or District).
Additional or Delegate User – they can access the same features in the Lifetouch Portal on behalf of the location they have access to (School or District), but they cannot administer access to other users.
Prestige Yearbook Choice (PYC) User - if your school does a Prestige Senior Portraits program with us, your Yearbook Adviser may need to access Prestige Yearbook Choice (PYC) to finalize the pose choices for your yearbook. The School's and District's Primary User automatically has access to PYC, and they can set up access for the Yearbook Adviser to PYC as well. In most situations, though, your Lifetouch Representative will setup access for your Yearbook Adviser.
